Lifetime Repairs

Your bag isn’t feeling too good? You’ve come to the right place.

Our skilled repairs team is here to patch up your bag and keep you bagging. Please take a moment to review our warranty to see what it covers—and what it doesn’t.

Ultimately, we’re here to help. If your bag’s symptoms aren’t covered by our warranty, our team will contact you with a quote for the repair or any replacement parts needed.

Submit a repair request below, and once our team assesses your request, we’ll get back to you with the next steps.

What is Covered

At Crumpler, we stand by the quality of our products. For our original retail purchasers, we guarantee that the zippers, buckles, and bindings on your Crumpler gear are completely free from workmanship defects. For all other parts, we offer the same assurance for as long as you own the product.

If you ever experience an issue during the warranty period because of a material or workmanship defect, we'll gladly repair or replace the affected part—it's our way of taking care of you

Please note that this warranty does not apply to Crumpler products purchased in Europe, Africa, or South America.

What is Not Covered

Our warranty is designed to cover manufacturing defects—not damages resulting from misuse or abuse. It doesn’t extend to normal wear and tear, including minor abrasions, scratches, fading or chainsaw inflicted damage.

Additionally, our warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages such as harm to or loss of your bag’s contents, loss of use, or any related expenses. This policy applies to all parts of your bag, including wheels and hardware.

A note on luggage – we know luggage takes a beating, which is why we build ours to be tough. Each piece undergoes rigorous testing—including impacts, drops, kicks, and pushes—to ensure it can handle your adventures.

However, even the sturdiest luggage may scuff, dent, or scratch over time, much like your favorite pair of sneakers. Our warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.
